Pastor Monty Stewart was born and raised in the great state of Oklahoma. He graduated from Poteau High School in 1984. Monty then went on to college at Carl Albert State College and Southern Nazarene University. He graduated from SNU in 1989 with a BA in Religion and a Minor in Psychology. Monty also did graduate work at Southern Nazarene University. Pastor Monty was ordained an Elder in the Church of the Nazarene in 1991. He has served churched in Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Michigan, California and now Hawaii. He is in his 17th year of full time ministry, and is a third generation Pastor. Monty is married to Janelle, and they have 2 sons, Lawrence and Brennan. Come join us some Sunday for a service worth remembering.

Larry Candelario was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. He graduated from Waianae High School in 1986. Pastor Larry is currently enrolled in the Course of Study program through the Nazarene Bible College. This program allows him to gain experience by working on staff as our Youth Pastor, while he prepares academically for Ordination. Pastor Larry has been on staff at Kona Church of the Nazarene for almost 5 years. He has a pretty amazing testimony on how God is leading him and his family. Larry and his wife K.C. have been married for almost 15 years and share 3 children together. We are expecting great things from Pastor Larry and K.C.'s ministry in the years to come
